Sitting at the end of the Metropolitan Line and 30 minutes from Heathrow, The Crown is a beautiful Elizabethan coaching inn with unique conference facilities in Buckinghamshire for up to 40 delegates. With 38 bedrooms, a proximity to both London (50 minutes by car) and Heathrow (25 minutes by car) and beautiful walks among the Chiltern Hills, The Crown offers a style of meeting unique from any other. The inn is adaptable and social, allowing flexibility and creativity, encouraging your employees to think differently away from a standard corporate environment. For the summer months the outdoor kitchen can be hired privately for lunches and dinner for up to 60 people – serving delicious fare like beef, lamb, mackerel with summer salads and artisan bread at £25 per person.
The Courtyard Room and Bailey Room
Our Courtyard Room, with inglenook fire and overlooking the cobbled courtyard, can accommodate up to 40 seated, while the Bailey Room can seat up to 14. The Crown has snug corners and alternative rooms for break out options. The Crown offers state of the art technology, complimentary wifi throughout and individually designed rooms, all with break-out options.

This package includes 24 hour hire with full use of all the gathering spaces, courtyard, garden and 38 bedrooms. The flexibility in rooms allows for various break-out options, private meetings and outside space to enjoy.

From off-sites, team building and away days through to Summer and Christmas parties, we’re on a mission to help you get much more out of your time away from the office. Imagination, attention to detail and surprises are a few of our key words and we come with a strong commitment to execute.
Your off-site can start right at your office and we’ll turn up in the vintage 1950’s buses with a quiz and goody bags. We can provide immersive team building exercises like the Banksy Heist, where your team will find themselves in the middle of an art heist facilitated by an ex-DCI from Scotland Yard. We can also put together parties that really pack a punch like the Christmas winter chapel, complete with igloos, sushi bar and DJ log cabin.
For some well deserved down-time, Aunty Elsie’s pop-up tea room is available. As well as the best coffee and homemade cakes we’ll serve smoking cocktails out of tea pots and jam and tonic in our vintage china. It’s a real treat and guaranteed to wow your group.
Our 24-hour rate is priced at £249+VAT. For that you get your overnight bedrooms, food and beverages, all of your meeting and event space, on-site Elsewhere staff, event planning and all of your IT requirements. It’s just activities, entertainment and alcohol on top.
