The Crown is a wonderful setting for an English country wedding. St Marys Parish Church just a stone’s throw from the Crown, has parts dating back to the 13th century. The 1682 Market Hall in front of the Crown is open on the ground floor and can be used for gatherings under the arches, as well as the snug rooms and protected cobbled courtyard at the Inn. We can hold up to 40 people in the back room or the entire Inn can be taken over for up to 100 guests.

Exclusive Hire Weddings at The Crown
The entire inn, with all of the bedrooms are available to hire on a completely exclusive basis. This package includes 24 hours hire with full use of all the gathering spaces, courtyard, garden and bedrooms for double occupancy. The flexibility in rooms allows for big sit down dinners, rooms for dancing and areas to spill into. A dedicated team of service staff are on-hand to serve breakfast, dinner and lunch through the big day.
